Should you Really be Asking Why You Want Success in Your Network Marketing Opportunity?

Network marketing is the most amazing business model ever devised.

Why is it then that the vast majority of people fail?

There is no simple explaination for it and this article is not intended to examine why people are not successful in their network marketing opportunity.

I do however want to look at a couple of reasons and provide the solution.

One of the reasons people fail is because they lack focus. The world of 2010 is super fast paced and the attention span of people is non existent for the most part. We are constantly being entertained by the Internet, TV, music, cel phones and all of the other conveniences of modern life.

This has caused almost everyone to be so fast paced, they never take the time to smell the roses. If you cannot smell the roses, you can’t prioritize your life and your business and you are doomed to failure in this industry.

Another reason why people fail is because they do not have enough of a reason to succeed.

We have all heard the saying “Find your Why” but have you ever really thought about what it means.

Finding your why to most people means they think of the cars they want to drive, the house they want to live in, the trips they want to take, so on and so forth.

I think that this is a recipe for disaster and here is why.

These are not real whys, they are wants…

What you want comes with an entitlement mentality that you are going to be handed something.

Sure, the nice houses and cars are fun to think about, but the thought of them will never stimulate the driving force to succeed.

I do believe in the Law of Attraction but in order for the Law to work, there has to be a raised energy level behind the thought. I do not think emotion is enough.

Yeah, having the nice cars and the vacation home is a nice thought, but where is the passion? It gives you a feel good emotion, but where is the energy behind that emotion?

I believe human beings were created in the image of God. If we have the creative force of the universe within us, then we are supposed to be using that force to create something.

Think about a high school kid who is passionate about music. Maybe they are in a band and they love their music more than anything. Sure, they are living with a dream to be rich and famous, but beyind that, they really just love to create music.

When they go to college, they get out and have to get a rat race job. What happens to their passion?

It gets put on the back burner.

Eventually they are so unenthusiastic about anything, instead of tapping into that creative force, they opt for being entertained.

Entertainment makes us feel good, but is NEVER produces results.

The sad reality is that most people, especially in the USA are living to be entertained instead of living to create.

Here is my philosophy.

You do have to have a reason why you want to be successful in your network marketing business. That reason however should not be defined by things you want, but the need to create through the passions you have.

Financial freedom gives you the ability to do what you love and doing what you love will be the driving force behind wanting to succeed.

Tapping into that creative force, even if it has nothing to do with your network marketing business, stimulates more creativity because you need your business to succeed.

When the driving force behind you why has to do more with the need to create something that impacts other people more than the things you want, those things you want will happen naturally…
